Is anybody in the community familiar with this owner. He joined a league with specific drafting instructions concerning the amount of money spent on each player on your roster, his drafted team was not in compliance and was directed that he had to adjust his roster during waivers, when he surfaced he purposely selected two players that were not allowed[ price wise] and has since disappeared from communication with the league. The league was to begin on Monday but now looks to be in doubt due to his behavior. His record shows him to have played in many leagues [though I don't recall having seen his name before] . If anyone knows him maybe you could relay the message that action is required to make his roster correct. I hate to call him a JERK for pulling this stuff [ maybe he got sick] but my instinct tells me he is a JERK that should be avoided in all leagues. Bill

You might contact som at the support link and inform them of the situation. They can either contact the owner with a bigger bat and ask them to comply - or failing that - to make the needed changes to make the team compliant. When all else fails, they MAY take over the team make it theme legal if the team is causing a league imbalance. - MM

We had the same situation in this "alphabet themed" league. SOM handed the team over to an owner to fix-not the ideal to have an existing owner take over the team, but we were stuck. Don't remember the name but his team was called Davidson Devils.

Strat has been contacted and they made some changes and have taken over the team. More changes are requires to have the team completely compliant and hopefully they will take place. If I see his name appear in any league again I will remove myself. He showed up over the weekend and purposely made moves to that were non-compliant and then disappeared again . A real jerk. Remember the name Damienpassalqua.

I am the one who set up this league concept. Can't understand what went on with this guy. His records show lots of leagues he has been in. At first I thought he was just screwing around and would get his team in compliance. But then he went back in and added a second time, Bonds and Cobb.
Strat has taken over and team is good enough now to proceed with the league.
One thing, why does everybody have to bitch at me so much? I contacted Strat, did what I could. Geez!
