Mookie Betts

Now that he's been out awhile I was wondering how he was doing for everyone. I've not had a chance to use him and wonder if he's worth the cost

I just drafted him tonight for a Dunn team. Pairing him in the OF with Mookie Wilson.

I'd have to be seeing a LOT of lefty pitching to pay for that card.

I can't imagine using this card in any cap sub 140 considering the price point. I think you'll see this card used mostly in high cap platoon roles or franchise leagues. In recent franchise leagues where I had the Red Sox, I used Dwight Evans as my RF vs LHP. Betts is clearly an upgrade over Evans in that role. Other than that, I think it's a card that will be readily available in the FA pool in most leagues.

You are. Not much point to stealing in my park or at this cap.

betts is a bit expensive but offers great speed and defense and hits righties well enough... the most overrated card is that of jacoby ellsbury

So far Betts has been a bust for me but Ill stick with him at least for another 100 AB , The price seems so out of line especially for a player that is weaker vs right handed pitchers.
