Good question. I didn't think about it specifically, but I would say yes.
Anybody with concerns, please speak up.

I would say "no", only because we made that determination in the first mini tournament that we started. If we decided NeL was not a franchise then (and in our subsequent contests),it was understood they were not a franchise now. I would vote they should be FA for waiver for all.

Other comments or votes regarding the NEL player group?

I don't lean hard one way or the other, but the possibility occurred to me and I thought we better get it sorted out before the franchise round. NeL is fairly picked over at this point. I'm guessing a late 2nd or early 3rd round pick. Paige isn't really that good, Stearnes is a nice platoon guy but there are a dozen guys just as good at the role. Some lefty crushers, and a solid platoon DH option in Suttles. A nice bench filler team.

I'm fine either way. Not much of value left for a 6 team league.
