Last Minute 250m Live Draft Friday Jan. 31 -- Draft Stadium

PostFri Jan 31, 2020 10:54 am

So the lower dollar live draft does not look to make, so I have set up a 250m* live draft for tonight. It is using the new draft a stadium rule so come on in and try it out. Hopefully we can get this one to fill. It should be interesting to see what people do with stadiums.

E.

*Ordinarily I would not set up a live draft in direct conflict of another live draft, but the commissioner of the other league is on board given the circumstances.

When drafting ballparks during the Live Draft, can it be changed later?
Right now, I see no benefit for this feature.

Well not sure how it will work, the blurb says:

1/29/20: Option to draft ballparks during Live Draft
When creating a new Live Draft league, you now have the option to add an additional (26th) round to the draft. Each team would use any one of its 26 turns to draft the free, exclusive use of one of the ballparks available in the league's player set.

This at least implies you can lock someone else out from taking it. After that I can see it being handled two ways:

(1) It may allow you to change later to an unclaimed park and thus making available to others the park you originally drafted on a first come basis.

(2) you are locked into a park like an auto draft

I guess we will see.
