Description: NO NL East Teams Franchises (Braves, Mets, Marlins, Expos/Nats, Phillies) LEAGUE… and no Ruth! UNTIL WAIVERS/FA. Also Nel players and pre 1900 players not on your team’s drop down box are also unavailable. Lots of amazing FA will be available Schmidt, Carlton, Harper, Seaver and so many more. AT your initial draft pick one of the available franchise pairings.

1)A's/Padres

After the initial draft Negro Leaguers, Pre 1900 players (Hecker, Seward, Baldwin, Barnes, and a few others) Babe Ruth and the players from the 5 NL EAST franchises will be available at the waiver wire. If your franchise has a card for a player that is on one of these franchises, you may draft him obviously. You may use any of his cards. So McGwire has Cardinal cards and A's cards. If the Cards/A's get him they can use any of his cards they want. Please use your team’s names in your name. Also you must use a franchise ballpark. And Trades are OK as long as teams own the player Please draft fairly. If, following the original draft, your team has a player that shouldn't be there and didn't have a good reason to be there (like missing out on a player eligible for your team), then there will be a substantial penalty. For example, if the Giants team gets a $9 million plus SS (there's no SS they could have missed on), they will forfeit a player or waiver pick as a penalty. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks, Luker
