I've used my selection already. I nominated Rey Ordonez 1999 NYM. he played SS the whole season whilst committing only 4, that's right 4 errors. please vote for him as we always need SS's with great Defense and low salaries. suggestions for those of you who haven't nominated. A new Negro League addition i'd like to see is Pancho Coimbre from Puerto Rico. He played in the Negro league for the New York Cubans. Satchel Page said of Coimbre, "He could not be pitched to. No one gave me more trouble." more amazing is from 1939 to 1942 in the Puerto Rican MLB League he never struck out. he was the predecessor of Clemente. also, 1948 Sain, of Spahn and Sain and pray for rain fame, would be a welcome addition also. and of course another Mantle card!
