29.2 innings pitched is right on the cusp of not getting a card with one as good as his. They left out guys before that were limited Ip’s or PA’s (for hitters) if they felt the card was too good. That’s how the unleashed set was born to begin with. Even since the inception of the unleashed set, there have been no hard cast rules for inclusion. It’s very nebulous and inconsistent. It’s part of the reason I wish they’d just ditch the whole unleashed concept and just gives us all the cards. There is already a limiting factor on the low IP or PA guys with outstanding cards in the form of their salary. If they price them to match the card it shouldn’t matter how few innings or plate appearances a guy has.
