Unable to purchase teams

Went to purchase a new 2019 team, I log into my account, click on START A NEW TEAM, click on PURCHASE A 365 TEAM, and I continue to get a message that I am not logged in.

I can access all my current teams but cannot purchase any new ones

sometimes you have to log out then log back in happened to me last year
