just sent email out to everyone. Here is a cut/paste of the email.

Welcome back to another season of D2D baseball. Now that the new cards have dropped, we can begin our pre-season activities. Here is what needs to happen:

1. Stadium draft (for the 8 lowest finishers followed by anyone who had a radical stadium change (see website for info)

2. Cuts/promotions. We need each team to cut their roster down to 15-20 players. This 20 maximum INCLUDES any prospects you are going to promote. Please understand that you must promote prospects now and not after the draft. All prospects with '18 next to them must now be promoted to your official roster or cut. The other important piece to know is that you must cut/promote now to make sure that you get the correct number of prospect picks in the upcoming prospect draft. If you have traded for picks, etc... then make sure you have enough openings (each team can have a max of 10 prospects) to make all your picks. I would like to start cuts NOW and keep them going until Sunday, March 15th at midnight. I would like to start the FA draft the next morning (3/16)

3. FA draft begins (hopefully on Monday, March 16)

4. Prospect draft begins (either right after the completion of the FA draft or during the final few rounds....really want this to occur before the MLB season begins for obvious reasons)


Please send me any official rules proposals (be exact in your wording) so that I can send them out by email for a vote. Remember a vote must pass by supermajority (16 of 24 owners).


If I've forgotten anything, please let me know. Also....please email if you have any questions.


Lastly, we are looking for 1 owner as DougTucker just announced on the boards that he is removing himself from all Strat activity. If you know someone, ask and let me know.
