Yes---they aren't adding in a presumed total for average BP effects on the card bar graphs in new set so far--it could change, I think it changed mid season a couple/three years ago when they first put bar graphs up.
HR and singles are just the natural totals with no BP effects added.
Cruz for instance has 6.6 HR vs. RH instead of 10.2 if it was calculated like last seasons bar graphs (6.6 + 3.6 for assumed BPHR)---last season Cruz was 6.05+3.6 for 9.65 total--last season it was an assumed 9 BPHR park .
3.6 is 45% of 8 BPHR chances -- or a 9 of 20 chance.
Better figure that in if you like to use bar graphs.
