NSKL rules state a prospect is any player who DID NOT RECEIVE A CARD ON THE SN (now Strat-O-Matic) website and is the property of an MLB team.

We have agreed that a player that has spent time in the MLB should no longer be given the status of Prospect if a card has not been issued.

Option 1: A player is no longer a Prospect upon reaching a career total of 130 AB or 50 IP

Option 2: A player is no longer a Prospect upon reaching a season total of 50 AB or 20 IP

1) JohnO - Option 1
2) mlbphan - Option 1
3) billyv - Option 2
4)joker- option 1
5)Gmen-Option 1
6)Jay - Option 1
7)Victor - Option 2
8)John T - Option 1
9) Roger Z. Option 2

Vote #2: Do we want to change the FA Draft Timing?

Current Draft setup = There is no clock for Round 1 of each Annual Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 1 hour clock, with specific time slots for everyone.

Please Vote: Yes or No

Yes = Keep it the same
No =  We need to change the time limits on at least the first round.

Please place your vote, and if you vote No please add your suggestions for change. If the majority goes with No, then hopefully we can have a quick vote with the two most popular suggested alternatives.example the following changes have been mentioned:
XXX - No   We need a 24-hour clock on the first  round and keep 1-hour clock on the rest.YYY - No   We need a 24-hour clock on the first round and 3-hour Clock on the rest.ZZZ - No    We need a 24-hour clock on the first two rounds and 1-hour clock on the rest.
