closer help

12 games in and twice my well rested closer has not started the 9th. Team set to maximize closer and he is listed as closer on pitcher preferences....any thought to this hang up? No one else is set to closer just righty and lefty guys seem to be coming in and once blowing and once nearly blowing leads...never had this happen but a rare occasions in previous seasons and am concerned for a season with 12 games played...also player is a C6...any help would be appreciated

I've noticed the same actually. I thought it was just me being weird. I think there is a big in their new code (like literally every time they add something new)

Neris is my closer, set up as such. Only itched in games 3 and 6 and this is game 8.

Up 5 to 4 at the time, why wasn't that role followed?

Make sure Alvarez and Quantrill, your specialists, are not given higher priority in your queue than your closer.

Thx Paul. I moved the closer to the top of the queue. I had no idea this made any difference... Sure enough he closed what he is supposed to. I also have him set for tied 9th+...I will queue that up next...
