Starting rotation

I have a 2019 team with 5 starters, Lance Lynn being a * and the other 4 needing 4 games rest.
I set a 5 man rotation so each pitcher would start every 5th game.

I just noticed that Lynn is starting every 4th game, and other pitchers are shuffling. Lynn has started 6 of my first 21 games, and my # 5 has started 3.

Might be good thing if your only * pitcher is your best, but in this case he might be my worst.

Is there a way to have a true 5 man rotation with a * pitcher?

Try per game starters instead of a 5 man rotation.

You would have to put him 5th in your rotation for Hal to pitch him only every 5, if not 5th in rotation he will always start over a less expensive SP if they are both rested.
