2019 Iron Glove / Drafting in ILC

Does their main position need to be a 4 or worse? What if their main position is a 2 and they have another position is a 4 and that player is started at the position in which their rating is a 4?

It's all about where they are playing in the field and they cannot be set as a defensive replacement where they would be better than a 4. So you could play said player who is 2 wherever he is a 4, but could not have him slide over after the 8th to a spot where he is a 2. Though if you are playing a 5 somewhere, you could have a 4 as a defensive replacement.

I was thinking they had to be a 4 rated guy everywhere (except DH where HAL won't replace him) , when someone gets hurt, or HAL pinch hits/runs--HAl will re-align the defence so someone like Ketel playing SS will move to 2nd--maybe not enough players though. I was thinking Ketel wasn't eligible at all because he was better than a 4 at any position.

This will be my 1st iron glove league--I have no idea if there is enough players if you limit it to only 4 and 5 fielders with players like Ketel ineligible--but it seems a fun theme either way. Those that have played in one of these should have the input rules wise--I'm OK however it works.
