Palmtana can chime in since we ran into this in another keeper but I think you can add a .50 million RP to draft and then drop him once the draft has run and go with the 4 you have

Ernie is correct. Just grab a scrub RP that no one owns to fill out your draft list. After the draft has run you only need 4 RP-only on your team so you can drop the scrub. Why SOM makes us draft 5 RP-only is odd.
