When I wrote the rule I intended for the interpretation to be the way we have voted (6-4 vote right now without my vote): once a player has appeared in the MLB (PA or IP) they must be promoted or dropped when the next set of cards come out. I'll admit It was poor and confusing wording as I forgot MLB has a different definition of "Rookie Status" than the rest of the world.
That being said. Option 1 has a majority. Please indicate whether or not you will be keeping or dropping any of the highlighted prospects on the Roster Tab. Deadline is at the end of the first round. If they are nor promoted by that time they will be dropped from rosters.
I think the "wait until carded" option is a valid option, but changing the rule was not what was up for vote, how to interpret the rule was.
After this season I would like to explore a few rule changes... prospect promotion could be one of them. The other I have on the radar is roster sizes, depending on how the RP changes impact things (28 man roster option, with no more than 15 hitters).
