Im looking for a league to join. anything open?

Are you asking about Daily leagues? There won't be any of those until the MLB season gets underway (which might not happen this year.)
But here is the League Directory, if you would like to join a league using the 2019 set, ATG8, etc.

Based on some of your questions, I think it's possible you're going about this backwards. It sounds like maybe you're trying to join a league before creating a team.
The first step is to purchase credits (which you may have already done.)
Then you create a team, and the very last part of that process is to join a league.

If you know what specific league you want to join (for example, you mentioned joining: https://365.strat-o-matic.com/league/444950 ) then make sure you choose the correct player set when you create your team (in this case, 2019.)
