stolen base strategy?

I have a series coming up against 3 pitchers with hold ratings of 0,-2, and +6.

This is a 365 league so I cant set my strategy game by game. How do I exploit the +6 without running myself out of innings the other 2 games?

Short story, I don't think you can. What kind of catcher's arm are you facing? If it's a good arm, he'll help that +6. If it's not a good arm, you'll have fun against the +6 and do better than expected against the other guys. At least that's how I would look at it if SB were an important part of my usual strategy.
