Most teams are skewed, hard, toward something (small ball, steals, homers, stacked lefties, etc). I’m honestly getting fed up with seeing the same thing in every league. Might be time to stick to themes. Maybe even being back my old Randomination league.

Of course they're skewed hard. It's the only way to compete in this game.

I've enjoyed the various themes the best when they have lower salary caps. Unconventional caps like $ 95M or $ 110M introduce a little variation (at least in my opinion). I do get a little annoyed with the tailor-made franchise combos the theme league creators construct for themselves. My favorite themes are the lower salary caps with randomized franchise selection; whether by draft or pre-defined combos.

I suppose, though I have had some success recently running Three Rivers 14-14-12-12, using some switch hitters and platooning. Used the same park 5 seasons with .500 or better results (with one championship), and have 3 of 4 current teams using it with an average win % of .550. No super relievers. Balanced lineups. Teams tend to slug well, with pitching around the league mean. Anyway, we’ll if any of the current crop make the playoffs. Two of them are looking strong with around 30G to go. The other 2 are too early to tell.

Headline has been changed to "Coming Next Week" - can't wait to see the new pricing.

Are they adding cards to ATG9 or just repricing the existing group?

The headline read ‘new players added’, so we don’t know who, or how many, or what the price is. SOM is being tight-lipped about ATG 9 for the time being. I personally would like a small preview of the ATG 9 Flagship and hope it isn’t the Titanic. So what’s wrong with a preview, we are all going to see it anyways. What’s the big deal?

Sure, there will those who have the slightest complaint and magnify it to the point of mass rebellion. Take it for what it’s worth. There was also a question on new stadiums added. Ok, the list already offered is intensive. As a new feature added to those who ‘just quite couldn’t find what they want’, build your own stadium! Fill in the numbers you want and make up a name for it... like ‘Manure Stadium 2020’. Shouldn’t be that hard of a task. You could manipulate your own grounds for rocks in the infield for those opposing defensive teams, adjust foul lines putting the ball out of play more often giving the batter another chance, high grass infield for those speedy teams beating out infield hits slowing the ball down, muddy outfields, stands closer to the playing field giving fans more opportunity to disrupt plays and throwing things onto the field at opposing players, and rain delays. Lots of stuff to think of!

Just have fun with it...

I hope there is not a build your own stadium option. Sounds nice but will result in a whole lot of stadiums at the extremes... lots of 20’s and 0’s resulting in stadiums being even more impactful than they are now

What could be more painful than the already Fenway ‘67, Cath Prep, or to the other extreme Petco ‘05. Might as well add Huntington Grounds ‘41 too. Anyways, it was just in fun... Enjoy the game...

Ya never know when one of my suggestions will be taken seriously and actually improve the game... and I want a finder’s fee in return. 5 free credits please.. Naming your own stadium might be fun.

respectfully disagree with Mr. Baseball World about stadium build option,
maybe with it we won't have 25% of the league playing in Dunn and 3 more teams in the no-hit 'Stick and the rest at Fenway or 8-8-8-8, 9-9-9-9, or 10-10-10-10 parks.
