Ultimately customer service was extremely gracious and helpful.
We were able to fill our one empty slot with a robot team.
They reset our draft pick order per our randomization.
And, our draft room was opened several hours early so that guys could queue up picks which really speeded up our subsequent "live" draft.
We are having a great time.
The only thing that would make this better, would be to make clear those are available options. Possibly the ability to download a player file, sort it offline, and reload it into the queue.
And it sure seems like they could be automated so as to ease the workload on their staff.
