yep - Great day at the office! I see a price increase coming in ATG 9 as a result, oh wait he went from $4.34M to $6.05M! :D . It will be interesting to see if he get used as much in ATG 9, I used him a couple of times and he hit well even using Forbes Field 57 and 65.

This was actually the 1.64 version which is a great bargain too. I think it went up as well.

The 1961 TD card is now 1.29
Blowers went down too due to losing his catcher rating.

Your $35.27M pitching staff all went up except for Lerch who is still at .50
The same staff in ATG9 costs $42.0M

It was his swan song performance. He is no longer a good value in 9 except his 2nd cheapest card so I doubt we will be seeing him any more. I know I'm done with him.

in real life he would have been a big (bigger anyway, around 20 each year) HR guy in Ebbets, or Wrigley or Fenway, I am thinking

My dad worked for a guy who knew Tommy in about 1966/67.
To this day I have the 8.5x11 color photo of him pinned to my bedroom wall, personally autographed to me with a Dodger blue felt-tip pen:

Tommy Davis
“I had sharp spikes on my shoes. If the baseman stood where he had no business to be and got hurt, that was his fault.”
