The Board has voted to play the FULL SET with the pre 1900 players.

What I wont like will be the extra effort that I will have to make to diagram (screen shot) where I direct players to be sure they have picked the right player set. The default set on the left is more intuitive, the FULL SET takes EFFORT to comprehend. I completely wish that if they had to split the sets that they put the FULL SET as the default.

Moose: Why not set up a poll. I am sure the response would favor what you and I both prefer regarding the "default" ATG 9 set and you have proven that you can get Garcia's attention.

The Board was unanimous in voting for the FULL SET. I voiced displeasure to SOM over the default set by email (i got dead air so far) and I see where a majority of our community did as well on the ATG forum. That's as far as I care to take it.

I have to agree with Hittmens on the issue of organizing the Barnstormers 2020 Tournament and not enough credit can be given to him for tallying the players who signed up, keep track, answering emails rapidly, and issues of prizes in this ‘what’s in it for me attitude’. Mightymoose is as much interested as anyone else to be fair and can do so much with what he has to deal with. Keeping that in mind, I read more complaints than compliments.

Thank you mightymoose for all you’ve done.
Sincerely,
Delivery Boy...

Rick, I've been playing BSers for quite awhile, and usually keep my mouth shut. But, I must admit to being a bit disappointed. You have always been upfront with us, even if we may disagree a time or two; you are always looking out for our best interest; you effectively work with Congress (Strat). How on earth are you EVER going to be elected President of these United States with that kind of resume? I'm appalled!

ugh - 24 team "3 hour" live draft...… Sounds scary. - I don't think so.

The Champions League should be the truly elite, not a crap shoot.

Thanks everyone else.....

Ughhh, it's tough to win a 24 team league to make the finals. Trust me, I know because that's how I snuck in there this year.

But by the same token the guys who kicked ass all tournament long deserve some kind of reward and that is automatic placement into the finals.

I don't know if there's a happy medium, but it would seem unfair that say the 9th ranked player overall doesn't make the finals, but the 129th ranked player does by virtue of winning a 24 team league.

It almost seems like it should be the other way around. Top 10 make it and next 24 compete in two 12 team leagues. Just thinking aloud that's all.
