I think it just changes team construction. You can no longer maximize 3 SPS, 2 RPS, and 7 Hitters by using a .50 bench. Well, you CAN, but you pay the price in bench. Or you have a better bench, but cant get that stud SP you wanted.

We all cry for realism. What's more realistic than 7.6m Maris in RF, 12.46m Mantle in CF, and .61m Hector Lopez in LF?
