I have been waiting for an $80 M cap to fill for the better part of month and it has exactly 4 tesms entered, of course, it could just be that players don't want to play with me... one never knows

Your league is ATG8 and most people are giving the new ATG9 a shot. You might have greater success withdrawing your team and reconstructing it using ATG9. The rest of those in your league may do the same if some start jumping out. Entry into ATG8 leagues basically ground to a halt when the new version hit the streets.
