NERP value for Speed, outfield ARM etc.

Hello all.

Using BR and NERP, does anyone have values they use for stealing rating (AA, A, B) and running ratings? (1-17s etc.)

I dug through the search on Boards and saw good discussions about Arm and an experiement with -3, 0 and +3 arm CFers showing the biggest drop off going from 0 to +3. So, I realize there's nuance context issues, but does anyone have a rough value for

-OF arms
-Stealing
-Running
-I guess anything else not in NERP

I seem to recall MarcPelletier having some values for arms. .25 per each +- for lf, .4 for rf and .7 for cf. I think that was per 108 chances on a batter's card. So a -3 cf would give 6 NERP in a year. Something like that. You might check with him because my memory is pretty hazy on it.
