What is the limit for our active player rosters?

All players- 32

Max on active roster- 28 players 100 mil

Min- must have 25 carded players

This is my first keeper league, I noticed some team going heavy on prospects. I haven't, probably will bite me in the butt
in future years. My question is it better to punt the 1st year so that you are really strong later? Too late for me this time, I'll add some prospects at the end, but the highly rated ones are gone.

I have subscribed to Baseball America for many years. One thing that is for sure is that the top prospects are not always the top players when they get to the majors. Sometimes the prospects in the middle to end of the Top 100 become the biggest stars. You may draft prospects late and get a superstar! You never know....
