Good idea to add a yes/no on random decade. I think I've wrapped up the 4th pick. I have no objection to starting as long as there is no chance we get out of order.
In the past we've gone 12 or 14 rounds as interest tends to die down as the best players are gone. In the past it has depended on how fast the draft is going and people speaking up saying they're ready for the draft to end. An even number of rounds is critical for fairness. Also, since we voted for unique stadiums, everyone must draft a stadium, so let's say the draft is petering out in the middle of round 12, then we need to announce the draft is 14 rounds so everyone is sure to draft a stadium. In other words, the draft can't be stopped suddenly because everyone must draft a stadium and usually some managers will wait til the final round to draft one. Also, I hope it is ok for managers to send proxies to someone drafting after them to keep the draft moving along (that has worked in the past).
I think the first 3 seeds are set, but I think 4th seed is in play - if hallerose loses in the finals and pushpin wins, then pushpin wins the first tiebreak.
If Juiced will be monitoring the draft, I'm happy to give him my cell number so he can text me when its my turn.
There really isn't much difference between 12/14 rounds, since if someone was critical to your team's success you'd best be picking him long before that time. By round 12/14 most everyone has spent maybe $60M and has most of their lineup and some of their pitching staff set, and most of the big stars will have been gone for 8-10 rounds.

IMO, making this tourney is a result of a 4-League commitment and a degree of skill/luck.
To be part of this group is an achievement, and we ALL should believe we can win. Therefore, EVERY round counts....
There really isn’t a need to leave the number of rounds open. Nobody is going to bail on it. Why not be right up front, call it 12 or 14 rounds right from the start? Since nothing is more fun than a live draft, I vote for 14 rounds if it comes to a vote
