Defense, X conversions

Hey, as a new player, wondering what a typical rate of converting X chances into outs ought to be.

If I am reading the sim stats correctly my team is sitting at ~70%. Not sure if that is good, bad, or average.

In my usual lineup I have “3” players at LF, RF, SS; “1” at 1B; “2” everywhere else, if that is helpful.

Based on quick review of my current league, I'd think about 72% is average.

I don't know what the overall is.

I'm not sure of averages --but 75% ish or somewhat less would be my guess.

A lot of managers place premiums on good or excellent fielding and hit 80%+ often--some love 1 fielders up the middle and at 3B.

This is why SS 2b and CF matter the most. 1b you can hand a 4 or in one of the corner OF.
Never find a 3 up the middle for me. I won’t even consider it.
