The vote on whether to leave in the required salary minimums on Supplemental Drafted players is underway.

Currently we have six votes against (Eddie, Bigmahon, Jerlins, Rant, James Zimmer, Wilmur)

And three votes for (fredpaii, Madal, Tim K)

One more no vote and the Supplemental Draft addendum is canceled.


The other rules changes will be issues we already brought up in either email or PM that have sought to standardize and simplify. We're not voting on those. Your voices have been heard loud and clear! I got your message!

Hey guys, I wanted to know what you like/don't like when you're turn comes up in the draft. When we're OFF the clock I mean. Do you want me to send you a reminder (If I'm around my computer) via email? If not just say so here so I can reference it. I'll lose your email probably so don't answer there.

For me, alerts arent necessary as I am normally busy at work. If I think my turn will come up before I can access the computer, I'll send proxies. Normally, Fridays are the most difficult. Mondays and Wednesdays are so so, and Tuesday and Thursday are my normal day off. This coming Wednesday might be a killer, as we will need to pick up literally 100 cases of cards from a drop off area. Hopefully, I'll attempt to be prompt with my picks.

When I'm home I'm checking fairly regularly for my turn. If not at home I'll plan ahead by asking for a 6 hour window, or proxy.

Sounds like some folks might need more than a couple six-hour time slots. Just to gauge the need, how many of you would need more than the allotted two 6-hour time slots if proxies weren't available?

Personally, I'm okay with people not having to use proxy's if they want to make their picks by having more time. I would be fine with the following: when you can make your pick, do so. If you can't, don't worry about it. Just take care of it when you can. Seems like it takes too much fun out of the draft when folks can't make their own picks. I haven't always been this way about drafts so you can blame my meds. They did it!

Why stress out over a fucking game? Might as well give people time they need to pick is what I think and recommend. If people need something to do waiting for their pick to come then I suggest reading a book, watching a good movie (flixtor.to is a great site for free movies/tv shows), talk to some people you haven't been in touch with lately, eat, eat some more (doh!), don't do that, take a walk, play with your cat or dog, go on a drive, and other safe things. Then there's going on twitter and stirring some shit up. That's one of my favorites.
