Waiting for Guffman...

PostMon Jul 20, 2020 2:57 pm

It's now Monday afternoon. My Barnstormers league is finally full. Still, no draft because 3 owners are not "Ready for the Draft."

...so what was the problem the Tour was trying to fix? ...a handful of idiots who think owners are deliberately waiting to join less competitive leagues? That is a total non-issue. Almost without exception, I and other owners want their leagues to fill and get drafted Fast!

To the handful of losers who complained and made us all wait, you a bunch of little girls. Pathetic...

Agree absolutely with Riggodrill.

This was not a problem before, leagues filled up very fast, in my first 3 leagues the draft ran either the same day I entered my team or no later than the next.

now we have to wait, having no idea how long, which means we may not be available for waivers because we have no idea when the league will actually fill and for all owners to ready their teams.

This means that the last owner who readies their team can determine when the autodraft is to be run.
There are some days of the week that I am simply not available for waivers, so this creates a clear issue.

This has made a non-problem into a problem.

I know the guys meant well, and they put a lot of work into it, but perhaps all the ramifications of this new feature were not fully explored.

That assessment is too generous.
