Is there any way to use a pitcher as a PH in 365?

Not really--you can't set a pitcher as a PH in strategy section.
Hal will use a pitcher as a PH in noDH leagues, but normally only if no bench players available---typically in an extra inning game, or if you have a bunch injured--so pitchers do PH every once in a while.
