I find that by setting my H&R and Bunt Strategy Settings on Extremely Conservative, and setting all my Hitter Prefs on Don't Hit & Run and Don't Sac Bunt, my teams have gone many a whole season without a single bunt or H&R. My team is CAR and it has no Sac Bunts or H&R. In fact, a total of five teams in this league have no H&R. Mine is the only one with no Sac Bunts, but others have a few as 8 & 12 attempts.

So a Never Bunt and H&R Tab might be nice. Even so, I've found that one can not-bunt and not-H&R for seasons at a time using just the existing controls.
