I just saw that Cal posted this in the 24 TKL league chat site and I agree with his thoughts so I'll just quote here for our league:

"Just a quick update on where my head is at with the league.

I am leaning toward scheduling the supplemental draft for 30 days after the start of the MLB season. That will hopefully provide enough time for players to accumulate meaningful stats and for us to know whether or not this year's MLB season will truly end up working. The Supplemental draft would follow an hourly schedule and our 2nd league season could begin promptly after the Supplemental draft."

As season gets a little bit closer I have a plethora of OFers and am looking to dispose of a few. Jimenez and Senzel most likely off market unless you give me an offer I cannot refuse.

So, baseball putters along. Assuming that games continue, we will have the supplemental draft from September 1 through September 3 on a timed schedule (one hour slot for first round/1/2 hour for second round) . Over half the games will be played by then and it will be after labor Day weekend. The reason for tight time schedule is that I don't want people at the end of the draft to have an advantage over those who pick earlier by having more games played (and stats accumulated) before they pick.

I'll post this on the Let's Play Two chat string as well. Please make up to two cuts in by 8 pm August 24 if you wish to participate in the supplemental draft so that Tom or I can make a list of available players prior to the draft.

I'll make a separate string for cuts.

Season 2 will begin around that time as well.
