It’s always a dilemma for me in the keepers I commish to make sure it’s fair for everyone as some throughout the 5 I take care of, feel the late pickers have an advantage. Not sure how true or not that is but regardless...

I’ll default to you and your teaching experience as to how you handled deadlines you had set for the students (not BS rules) if they weren’t able to meet the deadline you had given. I’m sure the league will be fine with whatever you come up with and I can use your experience (I have none in that category) moving forward with deadlines in my other keepers.

Well, I posted my pick at 11 PM (more or less), so I don't feel that it's that egregious of a delay. I get having a deadline for it, but exactly the minute the time slot ends seems unfair. I would say that 24 hours is not gaining much of an advantage. Of course, there was some tension at my meeting, so I probably came home with a little hostility in me
