Four of a kind supplimental draft

Just to flag: I see that owners are looking to add more than three players. The rules state that the draft can only be three rounds/36 picks. Does that mean the owners with less than a full roster can pick at the back end of the third round if other owners forego a pick, or do they need to trade to acquire picks?

I'm also ok changing rules if that's not the intent.

I believe the rule change was you can drop 3 players and may draft up to five players if you have open slots due to trades ...
the rules page has not yet been updated to reflect the new rules...I will try and get to it asap.
