These cuts are only for the supplemental draft. You can only cut up to two if you want to participate in the draft. You can't promote prospects at this time unless you make an unbalanced trade.

Joker has edited his cuts in previous post. I'll make the draft list today and will start season 2 league soon. Tom will be listing available players shortly.
