ANDY'S EXPANSION ALTERNATE HISTORY 1.0

Bontom made a pick in ALT10 about 3 hours ago.

Here's where we are:

1-Regarding Trades, Top 16 Teams must pare down to 21, THEN trades are acceptable.

When we enter the Dispersal Draft, each team has a combination of players & Round 1-13 Dispersal Picks not to exceed 21.
So if Top 16 trades for a pick, they can only protect 20, for example. If Exp8 gain players by trade, they lose subsequent Dispersal Picks, beginning with Round 13, then going backward.


2-Regarding Golden Age Option, I think we will go with ONE per team for the entirety of the theme.


3-Regarding If someone is carded to a team scenario, still discussing.

I'm good with 1 and 2. As for #3, one of the reasons I picked an expansion team was there would be a few good players available (Tiant is a good example) from the franchises not selected.

Not that I want anyone else to take an expansion franchise, of course!

Here's my thinking on #3--

We go with rules as set for EXP ALT1.0 in regards to the question if we can add players. Half the teams have been selected as well, based on that.

We can study the impact, etc, and determine if we want to try to do something different in EXP ALT2.0
