You won’t be creating your team completely until the Dispersal draft is completed. Select the 21 players you’d like to protect. You will have at least five draft picks, plus there will still be a group of unrostered Free Agents after we complete the Dispersal Draft. You will be able to get a backup C.

You may even decide you don’t want one or more of your 21 protected players on your final roster. You are being given 21 Protected players, 5 later Dispersal Draft picks, and any Free agents who wind up Undrafted in the Dispersal Draft.
