2019 Starting Rotations

33% championship ratio aint too shabby...gotta love the cheap backwards lefty when (almost) everyone stacks their line-up against lefties with virtually all righties. Or maybe thats just me...

I went ahead and made a couple changes to both teams in light of the recommendations I received. Costly moves with the penalty but I wasnt going to go anywhere as constructed.
