The 5 mil add every night are first come first served? How do we determine when it's ok to make a move?

I am assuming that after the games run each night is when you can make roster changes.

Speaking entirely theoretically here, but once the rosters lock for the night at 10 pm eastern any changes would take place the next day......or does it not reset until after games are played?

What is the hold up on the draft?

So there is no fair way to do this. I am at a disadvantage on the West Coast if it is going to be 9 AM Central because that is 8 AM Pacific and I am at work and my boss is not too keen about me playing games at work. So I have to wait until I get home at 6 or 6:30 PM and then I might have a half an hour to pick up players after they have been picked over all day and then make lineup changes, bull pen changes and starting pitcher changes. It's obvious most of you are retired and on the east coast but I have to work for a living. I want out. This is unfair. I am emailing customer service to get out.
