People may look back fondly on 2020 after what 2021 and 2022 will bring us. The new vaccines use reverse transcription, essentially using artificial RNA to rewrite our DNA. And remember, all the drug companies have zero financial liability for any harm their conveniently trotted out in record time vaccines create. What could go wrong there?

Then with a new wave of lockdowns, the promised Dark Winter, more small businesses will fall, the economy, already on life support except for Wall St. and huge corporations, will get much worse. There will be unfunded mandates at both state and local levels. Civil liberties will continue to fall by the wayside as government overreach continues, all using the pretext of a virus that 99% of reasonably healthy people recover from. This is all happening world-wide, Australia, England and Canada are much further down the road of oppressive government mandates and lockdowns than we are in America. For now at least.

Wait a second. Without getting into the politics, how do you get DNA changed with messenger RNA? Messenger RNA carries instructions for making proteins from DNA to the ribosomes which actually makes the proteins. The vaccine messenger RNA basically goes into cell and carries instructions to the ribosomes to make certain proteins (in one of the vaccines it carries instructions to make the surface protein on the outside of the cell.) but does not interact with the DNA. So how does it affect the DNA since it does not interact with the DNA?

I dont think that study is applicable here. The vaccine messenger RNA does not interact with DNA the way normal cell messenger RNA does. It goes directly to the ribosomes. In the research cited, the DNA got changed when the messenger RNA interacted with it.

You would have to have get into the weeds to know the design mechanisms of the vaccine to prevent interaction with the cell DNA( making it impossible to cross over into the nucleus or disabling the copy machinery of the vaccine messenger RNA? I dont know) But it's not designed to interact with the DNA. The study above was so designed.

Bottom line is, does one trust the pharmaceutical industry with you health? If you do, then make sure you get vaccinated when it becomes available.

Back to original programming...

Up until my latest team which ended my drought of 8 playoff teams without a ring, in my previous 5 finals series my combined record was 3-20. This was split as 3-8 on the road and an amazing 0-12 at home. My latest team lost its first home game in the series - a 13 game home losing streak in finals series.

I dont trust the pharmaceutical industry. But whats the alternative? Let Covid run rampant through the population? I'll be taking the vaccine unless some negative info comes out.

Sorry for the vent but I'm beyond frustrated.

Nev, that really is amazingly bad luck and undoubtedly frustrating. I can't imagine that there's been a flaw in your team design. I don't know how you could design teams for long-term (162 game) success and flawed for short-term (7 game), even if you tried.

Personally, I've made the playoffs in 58% (69/119) of my teams all-time and won the championship in 28% (19/69) of the playoffs I made. In other words, my teams have done better than average in making the playoffs, and average in winning championships of when I've made the playoffs.
