Fatigue Levels ATG9

What fatigue level setting would you recommend for a team with dominant starting pitching and a horrific bullpen?

I have don't relieve before 'F7' but seems like performance dropped significantly in the 9th for one of my guys...not sure if that was bad luck or the settings.

Depending on the starter, you could use Quick Hook along with F7; that way HAL will hopefully pull him quickly when he begins to fatigue.

It's mainly an evaluation of, are your pen options better than a fatiguing SP at F7 or F6 or are they still worse?
