How to change passwords

I have had the same password for 13 yrs and now I need to change it. Help?

“I’ve lost my password!
Don’t panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. Visit the login page and click I’ve forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again shortly.”

You can also change it while logged in by going to the User Control Panel and navigating to profile account settings. There you can change your password and looks like you can also change the email account you use.
