We need on owner to take over an existing team. We are in the second season and here's the setup;

Player Set: 2008 season
Skill Level: Advanced
Draft type: Auto List Draft
Salary Cap: $65,000,000
FA Drop Penalty: 10% [?]DH Rule: yes
Waivers: yes
Postseason Format: 3 rounds: Best-of-5, Best-of-7, Best-of-7
Opening Day: 4 days after draft
Managers may own multiple teams: no

2008 and 2009 - $65M 12 keepers
2010 thru 2012 - $70M 13 keepers
2013 thru 2015 - $75M 14 keepers
2016 thru 2018 - $80M 15 keepers
2019 thru ? - $85M 16 keepers

12 keepers? Is that how many you can optionally keep? or you *must* keep that many?
