You are correct on both counts--the pitching/hitting teams can both start their stadium draft---once you pick your stadium, you can start the draft of the six outfielders (Bradley, Henderson, Lezcano, Marshall, McReynolds, or Valentine.

So am I picking both a pitchers stadium and a hitter that is for the pitching teams only or is there a separate randomizer for the players?

No John you pick your stadium first but you will have the last pick for one of the OF (Bradley, Henderson, Lezcano, Marshall, McReynolds, or Valentine.)

And I think there is gonna be a new randomizer for the draft...
