Since a new manager gets to change stadiums even if they're not in the bottom 8, I was wondering when I get to make that change. Do I have to wait till the managers who qualify for a change have drafted their stadiums or do I get to change mine
before the free agent draft?

Just went back and found the answer on page 239. I'm allowed to make the pick before the draft. I believe Yankee Stadium is open. That's what I'll take.

and yes, new managers can change now. then the bottom 8 will have a stadium draft immediately following the FA draft. after that any managers who have had their stadium numbers change by 6 or more in a category or 15 or more total can change (there are 4 of those, see the Parks Owners tab on the website...it's on the far right)
