I don't remember how we came down on rosters for this year, or if we discussed. As my different leagues seem to all be handling this differently, a couple points of clarification:

1. Are required to drop and draft as normal, or is this a voluntary year?
2. Are we required to promote prospects as per normal, or are we waiving requirements and/or lifting the cap of 10?

We will field a Roster of 28 Players from the start, just like last year.
We will Drop MINIMUM 10 Players, MAXIMUM 15 Players.
Promote Prospects if they receive a card.
Prospect CAP of 10 Prospect Players.

Please voice any objections to these 4 POINTS AND Provide your Reasoning please.
If there are enough objections (8), then we will vote on these objections on these 4 Points.

That means no changes to the rules for this year specifically. Thanks for the clarification Tim.

I think we should assess again when they release the set in case things are kerflooey, but I'm not advocating for anything specific until then.
