Now that Niko Goodrum trade? DC really suckered him in on that one. A first rounder for Niko and a third? Ouch.

Niko had a great card vs. LHP that year, he got a steal!!!

I’m still deciding whether to go “all in” with a rebuild or just a partial with backfilling here & there with younger players/pitchers while remaining competitive.

May I enquire how, in the name of all that is holy, timklucinec's team ended up with zero prospects and no first round pick? What ethereal, invisible, mammoth thing did he get in return for these things?

When asked by the local press how Zizka felt about the franchise he replied, "we can't hit, we can't pitch, we have nothing coming up in the system. Other than that, we're beautiful.

Tim's a really nice person, not young, and very active in SOMO. He left because he moved, and was overcommitted to keeper leagues. Having said that, Tim tends to make deals somewhat like the ones you cited, that have been a topic of concern in other leagues.

Like I said, anybody is available. Here's my guidelines; I need picks, FA or Prospect, makes no difference. I recognize the talent on this squad is limited, but, again, look at Kiermaier (CF-1 e5 -5 arm), Pollock, and hope for Yolmer. One of these 3 could be the last piece of your championship puzzle, What I'd like to see is a pick and a slug, In other words, the pick is the thing, a "garbage" player to fill a roster spot so I can field a team is a total throw-in, and it doesn't matter who his father is.
