This is what 365 Support emailed to me earlier today:
Thanks for your patience. We've been through a lot over the past few weeks. As you may know from our correspondence with customers, a detailed investigation by a third party shows that Strat-O-Matic only had credit and debit card information stolen from Strat-O-Matic between the dates of January 5 to February 8, 2021, and only from a specific method of payment.
However, we understand that your card had security issues as well, as a result of purchases you made. Please send us documentation confirming this from your credit card company or bank and we would be happy to take a look at it.

You can't make this stuff up....AMEX (American Express) contacted me on Feb 9th to tell me somebody was trying to make an online purchase and my transaction was cancelled...the next day on Feb 10th AMEX contacted me saying the hack came from SOM....365 support says my alleged hack missed their Jan 5 to Feb 8 window by
ONE day, so if I want to get my 2 wretched credits, I MUST contact AMEX and get them to submit confirmation in writing.
REALLY? Is it possible that the account was hacked on Feb 7th or 8th and whomever bought my stolen AMEX card didn't try and use it until Feb 9th? According to 365 Support.....IMPOSSIBLE!
