List of Strat customers hacked prior to January, 2021

I sent an email to "support" (cough, hack, puke) and got this response ......

Thanks for writing in. Your inquiry has been escalated and we will be conducting an investigation as soon as possible.

Still waiting for my two freebies.

My purchase from Strato was December 17 and posted on December 18. I was hacked in January. Never heard from Strato regarding any free credits. When hackers tried to get money from my account I rejected the requests and got a new credit card. Interesting enough, the hackers tried to use payment through Pay Pal.

I haven't seen the free offer link posted in this forum. I know of a manager who was hacked and didn't receive the e-mail from SOM regarding the incident. Yet he was able to get his 2 credits.

I last purchased in November 2020 and learned of compromise from bank in January. Nothing from Strat except generic notice.

My son bought me a SOM gift card for Xmas. He used his card on Dec. 24th. His card got compromise and he got a new card from his CC company.

Didnt someone say use Paypal which can be linked to any CC but payment details itself shielded ? Just trying to get that straight so I can pass that on. Have used Paypal for years. Two factor identification, etc. Seems like they are quite secure.

With Barnstormers starting back up, I know this is a concern.
